About Us
Many people ask how did I start face painting and how long have I been doing it.
How I started. I was at a church picnic, they had volunteers there doing the face painting. The space was empty but the paint was there, with two little girls that wanted to be painted, I sat down and painted their little faces. When I looked up there was a line! So I painted the line! I realized that I loved it right then and there! That was in 2007.
How I became a painter. I went to a local craft store bought a small kit and practiced on my kids and my kid’s friends until they were sick of me. I did some friend’s parties and then I started classes. That’s when I found out what good paint, brushes, and supplies were and also how to perfect my techniques. It was word of mouth and I was on my way.
Painting today. I started booking with agents, other face painters, and company picnics. I got insurance and clearances. I’ve been painting for 18 years now. My kids are in college and won’t let me touch them with a paintbrush anymore but I have grandkids that are just now willing!

1-Hour
$150
Includes:
One hour is not recommended due to the amount of time it takes to set up and tear down plus travel to and from but sometimes an hour is all you need. This is good for a party of maybe 5-10 kiddos.
2-Hour
$250
Includes:
This is the most popular amount of time booked for birthday parties.
Recommended for birthday parties.
Good for 10-20 kiddos depending on how impressive you want the painting to get. We can add bling, extra details, and a more relaxed atmosphere for smaller parties.
3-Hour
$350
Includes:
Great for corporate events, fairs or large parties.
If we do quick and impressive faces we can get 20-25 done an hour. This has a lot to do with how fast we can get them in and out of the chair. A line monitor always makes this go faster. We can provide one for $30 an hour. It is not required.
If you are going to have a large amount of people getting painted, we can always bring in extra painters.

We only ever use cosmetic materials safe for skin and faces. A professional face painter will be using FDA-compliant cosmetics that are hypoallergenic and safe for kids, with popular brands including Mehron, Wolfe, Silly Farm, TAG, and Global. It is water-based and can be washed off with soap and water or make-up wipes

Drying time is based upon the weather if it is humid out or if the child is running around and sweating a lot it takes a very long time to dry. If it’s indoors or regular weather, maybe 3 to 5 minutes to fully dry. Face paint can last easily for 12 hours, we don’t recommend that you go to sleep in it as some paints can stain. Green and red in particular.
